This page is intended to help news agencies, IAU Partners, campuses, and offices communicate university brand and values transparently and consistently while aligning with the university’s mission, values, and global branding standards. This page also ensures that media and press-related content maintains professionalism, clarity, and inclusivity across all university-affiliated platforms.

Brand Voice & Tone

All communications of IAU brand in social media, events, and mass media, to be guided by the following principles:

Professional yet approachable – IAU is authoritative in business education, and communicates with respect and equality to everyone as a reliable and supportive partner.
Inspiring and aspiring – IAU is focused on the community achievements and future success of everyone participating, engaging, or orbiting the IAU community.
Inclusive and respectful – IAU communicates inclusively and with the same level of respect to anyone in a way that welcomes students, professionals, faculty, and partners of any country, religion, gender, and race.

Photography and Video Guidelines

Commercial photography or videography on campus requires adherence to IAU’s Code of Conduct on university facilities.

Public Spaces
News photography and video recording are allowed in outdoor areas and common spaces without prior approval. However, notifying IAU administration in advance is recommended to assist with logistics and inform relevant campus units.

Restricted Areas
Filming or photography in classrooms, offices, laboratories, residence halls, and dining areas requires prior permission. Requests for access should be submitted to IAU.
